Whats for lunch

Refreshing Post workout salad



Veggies used

1 small Kirbi or Half Cucumber
1 small Tomato
1/2 Red Onion (Optional)
1/2 cup Lettuce
1/2 cup Grated carrot
1 stick Celery

Dressing

Drop of Sriracha sauce
1 tea spoon Honey
Orange juice from half Orange
Pinch of Salt + Pepper + Paprika(can be replaced with curry powder or chilly powder)
2 - 3 drops of olive Oil
Mix all the above and refrigerate overnight



Pack veggies and Dressing in separate box and mix when you are ready to eat the salad.
